Fuji Xerox Announces the Dissolution of Subsidiary Company TOKYO, April 25, 2007 – Fuji Xerox Co., Ltd. (headquarters: 9-7-3, Akasaka Minato-ku, Tokyo 107-0052, president Toshio Arima, capital: 20 billion yen) has announced today that at its Meeting of the Board of Directors held on April 25, 2007, that it will dissolve and liquidate its subsidiary company Fuji Xerox Office Supply Co., Ltd. The sales subsidiaries cover 300 sales locations and employ more than 7,000 personnel.
Xerox has 27,000 employees across 49 locations and $9.07 B in annual revenue in FY 2019. Japanese technology giant Fuji Xerox is to change its name in 2021 following the end of its technology partnership with the US-based Xerox Corporation.
