I work with executives to achieve great results from a place of inspiration and purpose.
Employing a coaching style inspired by mindfulness, conscious communication and neuroscience, he works with executives to achieve great results from a place of inspiration and purpose. His work experience allows him to listen deeply without judgment and to propose valuable new perspectives. He has a deep and demonstrated commitment to helping leaders learn how to discover and consciously observe their own limiting patterns in the moment that they arise, and choose the most effective response at every moment. Through deep listening and skillful questioning he facilitates leaders to connect with what really has meaning to them, so they can take firm and systematic action towards those goals and influence their main stakeholders in that process.
Gaston is fluent in Dutch, English and French. Passionate about rock climbing and having trekked the 5 months Great Himalaya Trail, he knows how to bring clients to their growth edge. He also leads a weekly Zen meditation group and has a daily yoga practice.
