HIGH-ENGAGEMENT ONLINE PROGRAMS.
In our flagship 3C coaching program, three leaders at a time are paired with one of our coaches. They work on their own leadership growth while learning from and supporting the development of peers. Besides accelerating each other’s leadership development, it gradually creates a culture of trust, feedback and coaching across the organisation.
Purpose built retreat centers.
We’ve seen that it is difficult to make breakthroughs in collective trust and connection in a meeting room or hotel conference room. We offer the option to our clients to use our purpose-built, private and exclusive retreat centers in Chiang Mai, Thailand or Salt Spring Island, Canada. A memorable and effective group session is guaranteed.
