Sarah Ghan

Originally from Australia, Sarah has been living and working in Asia and Europe since 2003, and draws upon more than 15 years of experience managing international projects and cross-cultural teams. She is passionate about supporting others lead more conscious, open and inspired lives in both a professional and personal context.

I create space for people to be their authentic selves and feel truly heard.

Sarah has qualifications in Law, Finance and Development Management, and initially served as a banking lawyer and corporate finance advisor in Australia and China, in global professional services firms such as KPMG. More recently, she has blended her technical expertise with her interests in personal development and human connection, and held management roles in non-profit organizations cultivating leadership and global citizenship through experiential education.

Sarah joined Asian Leadership Institute in 2015 and has trained in triad coaching. Her curious, intuitive and empathetic approach creates a safe space for clients to authentically share and explore the growth areas that are most meaningful to them at any given time.

Sarah currently lives in Switzerland with her family, and enjoys photography, cooking and travelling. She is also a certified yoga teacher, and delights in sharing the practice of yoga, on and off the mat.
