Susanne is originally from Switzerland where she worked for the airlines in sales and marketing. The airline provided her the chance to open up her eyes to the world. She moved to New York where she has been living and working for the past 20 years. She holds a master’s degree in organizational development and a bachelor’s degree in psychology together with an executive coaching certificate from Columbia University in New York.

She has industry experience in government working for the Swiss Mission to the United Nations. Further she was leading the global SAP implementation in the international human resources department for the largest food company in the world. She has been involved in projects coaching global leaders in industries like manufacturing, consumer goods, sports apparel, finance, marketing and digital and social media. Susanne has been a mentor for the Cherie Blair Foundation giving back to small female owned businesses. She has been volunteering providing leadership trainings in India and Indonesia. As a speaker, she has been to the USA, Mexico, Brazil, India, Switzerland and Poland. Most recently, she joined the Asian Leadership Institute Consultancy as a certified 3C facilitator.
In her spare time, she is a running coach and active as an athlete in triathlons, marathons, yoga and hiking. She climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro, the highest point in Africa in 2012. She has completed the full ironman distance in Lake Placid and many marathon distance races globally. She has traveled to 50+ countries and speaks 5+ languages. Susanne has published her book “Take it from the Iron Woman” Global Business Coaching with Sports Parallels in 2017.
